A 360 shove-it on a balance board is performed by standing on the board, rolling forward, poping up and pushing the tail to its side. The board should quickly spin 360 degrees. The pipeboarder then catches the board with his feet after it has completed the 360 degree rotation and lands on it, smoothly into a roll in the other direction.
